<p>A station of a transport installation of the aerial cable type is provided with a generator (26) which generates a high-frequency signal modulated in amplitude by the information to be transmitted. The generator (26) is coupled to the loop cable (10) by a transformer (30) which induces a current into the loop cable forming the secondary winding. The cars (20) are provided with a self-contained receiver (48) which detects the magnetic field generated by the current induced in the loop cable and reproduces the information transmitted by the cable.</p> |
