Firstly, the two-upwards-shift circuit is not located in the output area but in the lower input area. Secondly, the main circuit 2 has a sixth AND circuit row located right at the front with its vertical summand line having a significance of 10. The summand line f therefore has the significance 10 and the total line e2 has the significance 18. <IMAGE>
