PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of control accuracy, by a method wherein a nozzle is branched from between a fuel pump and a fuel pressure regulation to form a negative pressure generating means, and a flow rate control valve is located in the branch spot. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 43 is branched from between a fuel pump 26 and a fuel pressure regulator 28, and is connected to an injector 41 to form a negative pressure generating means 30. A flow rate control means 44 is positioned in the branch spot. As noted, the negative pressure generating means 30 is situated in a return passage 29 from a fuel chamber 31 to a fuel tank 25, and the return passage 29 is brought into a negative pressure state, and this enables reduction of the effective sizes of diaphragms 34 and 36 and the sheet size of an escape valve 33, and permits prevention of lowering of control accuracy. |
