PURPOSE:To obtain the formed product effective in thermal-economy and excellent in quality by a method in which an auxiliary sheet is laminated onto a blank sheet, synchronizing the feeding speed of the auxiliary sheet with the discharging or sending out speed of the blank sheet in softened state, and simultaneously it is downwardly introduced into a sheet forming device, and then is form treated. CONSTITUTION:The auxiliary sheet S2 with the properties of tensile resisting and thermoforming is laminated onto the thermoforming blank sheet S1 which is emitted or sent out with sheeting from an extruder 1 or rolling device and is in softened state having yet kneading and heating energy. Simultaneously, said sheet is introduced into a sheet forming device such as a vacuum forming device 6, etc. The thin wall, non-uniform section and fracture caused by stretching under its own wt. are prevented. |
