PURPOSE:To obtain skewered meat paste product continuously and automatically in high efficiency, preventing the collapse of the raw material, by filling a kneaded raw material in a forming cavity of a forming roll, operating a skewer-pushing lever to skewer the meat paste with a skewer held in the skewer-holding groove of a skewer- receiving roll, and extruding the paste on a conveyor belt. CONSTITUTION:The objective apparatus for forming a raw material of skewered fish paste product fried in an oil is furnished with a forming roll 2, a molding plate 3 having one or plural forming holes 5 and attached removably to the forming roll 2, and a press mold 4 which can be inserted freely with a cam 8. The forming hole 5 is positioned under the raw material supplying apparatus 7 by rotating the forming roll 2 and a pasty raw material is supplied to and filled in the hole 5. The forming roll 2 is rotated further, and the skewer-pushing lever 17 of a skewer-pushing apparatus 11 is operated to skewer the raw material A in the hole 5 with the skewer B supplied from the skewer-feeding apparatus 14 to the skewer-holding groove 13 of the skewer- receiving roll 10 and transferred through the insertion groove 6. The forming roll 2 is rotated further to the lower position and the pushing mold 4 is pushed out with the cam 8 to extrude the skewered paste product A on the conveyor belt 9. The skewered paste product A is fried in hot oil. |
