PURPOSE:To perform discrimination of individuals at a high speed and with reduced labor by providing a scanner which reads an original form and an application form and a display which displays the contents of description of both forms in parallel with each other. CONSTITUTION:When a customer presents an application form where the necessary items including his/her own seal and signature are written, a clerk in charge inputs the number of the customer's rental safe-deposit fox through a keyboard 6 and at the same time scans the form through a scanner 1. A CPU 4 retrieves an original form corresponding to the rental safe-deposit box number and displays the necessary items including the registered seal and the signature of the customer on the left half of a CRT display 2. While the desired part of the graphic data obtained from the scanner 1 is displayed on the right half of the display 2. Thus a control operator decides the identify of the customer by comparing the right and left halves of the display 2 with each other. |
