The chemical reactor or the heat exchanger contains: at least one tube having the axial thin plate for the tubes, which one side is fixed to the tube and disposed perpendicularly to the tube; the chamber formed by the thin plate for the tubes and the base disposed opposite to the second side of the plate and linking the plate and the base by the side section with the generatrices being parallel to the axis of the tube; and the connecting component directly linked to the base and the plate for the tubes and disposed between them along the tube axis. In the other version the chemical reactor or the heat exchanger contains: the tube having the axis of the tube and the wall; the thin plate for the tube fixed to the tube perpendicularly to its axis; the chamber formed by the second side of the thin plate for the tubes and the base of the chamber disposed oppositely to the thin plate for the tubes; the side cylindrical section linking the plate and the base and having the generatrices parallel to the axis of the tube; connecting component inside the tube directly connected to the base of the chamber and the plate for the tubes and disposed between them along the axis of the tube and symmetrically to the axis of the.
