The system has a portable user device (1) with a battery or a power supply cell, a display screen (14) and control buttons (15), such that a user interacts with a reception station and captures stay time of a vehicle parked in a pay zone by debiting from his bank account. The display screen is situated on a front part of a plastic material box of the portable user device so as to make it visible through a windscreen of the vehicle and to read, from the exterior, the paid time limit and the maximum parking scheduled point displayed on the screen. |
