<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorber which is arranged between a door trim and a door inner panel and secures a sufficient thickness of the shock absorber. <P>SOLUTION: The shock absorber (100) includes a body (101) having a hollow part (10) formed in a hollow shape by blow-molding thermoplastic resin, and a first wall (102) and a second wall (103) of the body (101) facing to each other. The first wall (102) is positioned on a door inner panel (22) side in a state that the shock absorber (100) is fixed on the door inner panel (22).
