摘要 PURPOSE:To ensure a quick measurement with no contact for the stress or the stress distribution, by applying the different loads successively to the sample to be tested and then obtaining the difference between the signals corresponding to two different types of temperature distributions of the sample during application of each load to give a pattern display to the difference. CONSTITUTION:The vibrating machine 1 contains pistons 2 and 3 which receive a hydraulic driving plus the holding mechanisms 5 and 6 that hold the sample 4 to be tested between the two pistons. The infrared-rays produced from the sample 4 are photographed intermittently for every picture frame by an infrared camera 7 based on the synchronous signal supplied from the machine 1. The signals equivalent to a picture frame are digitized by the A/D converter 9 and then supplied selectively to the subtractor circuit 12 from the control circuit 11 to be stored in the memory 14 based on the scan signal of camera 7. The stored temperature signal is read through the read controlling circuit 15 to be sent to the circuit 12. The signal of the circuit 12 is then sent to the cathode-ray tube display device 17 that undergoes a raster scan synchronously with camera 7 in the form of a luminance modulated signal and via an A/D converter 16.
