PURPOSE:To provide the spectacles-frame which is free from the deformation due to heat and moisture and is not attached by a sweat, make ups and hair dressing agents in use by a method in which after one part or total surface of the spectacles frame molded with thermoplastic polymethyl pentane resin has been caused to be in contact with the dyes having sublimation property, the spectacles frame is left as it is, under the high temperature condition of 140-170 deg.C for five minutes to one hour. CONSTITUTION:In the first process, the pellet of polymethyl pentene resin is molten at resin temperature of 300 deg.C, using the injection molding machine for thermoplastic resin, and the resin is injection molded in the mold for the spectacles frame. Thus, the spectacles frame made of polymethyl pentene resin is obtained. In the second process, the transfer paper for three colored turtle back pentene preliminarily screen-printed with the dye ink having sublimation property, is wound on the spectacles frame such that the ink with sublimation property is caused to be as closely as possible in contact with the spectacles frame. Then, after said frame has been left in the oven of 150 deg.C for 30min, it is taken out and cooled to room temperature and then the transfer paper is removed. |
