A sheet punching device for attaching a picture is provided to vary the size of a sheet material by easily setting the size of the sheet material according to the size of the picture. A sheet punching device for attaching a picture comprises a jig(40), a base(10), a punching block for a corner part(51), a punching block for an edge part(52), a housing(20), a push lever for the corner part(31), and a push lever for the edge part(32). The jig positions a punching area for the corner part having a first pattern hole for punching the corner part of the sheet material, and a punching area for the edge part having a second pattern hole for punching a portion of an edge part of the sheet material according to the moving direction of a sheet material. The base, where the jig is mounted, provides a supplying surface for supplying the sheet material to the jig. The punching block for the corner part punches the corner part of the sheet material supplied to the jig by installing a punching blade having a shape mating to the first pattern hole formed at the punching area for the corner part. The punching block for the edge part punches the portion of the edge part of the sheet material supplied to the jig by installing a punching blade having the shape mating to the second pattern hole formed at the punching area for the corner part. The housing has an opening part at the upper surface, and the jig and the punching blocks inside. The push lever for the corner part pressurizes the punching block for the corner part. The push lever for the edge part pressurizes the punching block for the edge part. |
