PURPOSE:To avoid the need of a controller by controlling the oil discharged from a pump through a flow-rate control valve to a constant value and dividing the discharged oil into the front and rear wheel steering circuits according to the car speed. CONSTITUTION:A main passage 10 is connected to a pump P connected to an engine E, and a flow-rate control valve C and a flow-rate controlling solenoid valve D are connected in tandem into the main passage 10. The flow-rate control valve C controls the flow rate on the secondary side to a constant value when the number of revolution of the pump P becomes over a certain revolution speed. Further, the flow-rate controlling solenoid valve D has an inflow port 12 connected to the main passage 10, the first effluence port 14 which communicates to a front-wheel steering circuit 13, and the second effluence port 16 which communicates to a rear-wheel steering circuit 15, for the body 11. |
