PURPOSE:To dispense liquid to be dispensed into a syringe with high accuracy by providing a means for absorbing the pressure oscillation in a tube having a nozzle for conducting the object liquid to the above-mentioned tube. CONSTITUTION:A lead screw 6 is rotated by the rotational driving of a pulse motor 3 and a piston 2 slides in an arrow 9 direction. The sample B in a sample cup 3 is sucked through the dispensing nozzle 12 into the tube 10. The nozzle 12 is then moved over a prescribed reaction tube and the piston 2 is slid in an arrow 11 direction by the backward rotational driving of the motor 3, by which a prescribed amt. of the sample is dispensed into the reaction tube. The slight pressure oscillation oscillation occurring in the thread play of the screw 6 and the slight reggedness in the thread part thereof or the slight change of the frictional force between the syringe 1 and the piston 2 is absorbed by the oscillation absorbing means 14 having an elastic body. As a result, the sample in the tube 10 is dispensed into the reaction tube without generating pulsation flow. |
