The disclosed method of manufacture of thin-walled bent profiles relates to mechanical treatment by pressure of sheet material, namely to manufacture of thin-walled bent profiles by method close to the process of wire drawing, and can be used in machine building, building and other branches of industry at manufacture of thin-walled bent profiles of wide assortment over maximally small areas. A method includes successive turndown of the elements of profile with displacement of the strip billet through the block for molding by drawing. In the first embodiment of the disclosed method to the bent element in each step the effort of bending is applied along the normal from the side of nondrive cylindrical rollers with external working surface of rotation and rotational axis being parallel relative to the bent element thus ensuring during bending of the elements of profile the displacement of the points of edge of bent element practically over the helix in the section of gradual transition from the flat blank to the finished profile. The technical result consists in decrease of the length of transition section from the flat blank to the finished profile and reduction of metal content of equipment for manufacture of thin-walled bent profiles.
