For this purpose, synchronously movable insulating bodies (3) are arranged between a heat-radiation-permeable outer wall (2) and the building wall (1). In a tilted position, insolation (6) can be incident through the interspace (7) between the insulating bodies (3) on collector surfaces (8) which are in thermal connection with the building wall (1).
