PURPOSE:To obtain a cash dispenser which can settle a trouble between a financial agency and a user, by photographing the user by an electronic camera, and storing its image signal together with the transaction contents which are being transacted, and time information such as a date and time, etc. of the transaction, in a memory device. CONSTITUTION:By a user's prescribed transaction procedure, the processing data of an allowable transaction is sent from a center. A main control part 6 receives it, starts a paying operation, also sends s photographing instruction to an electronic camera mechanism 2, also commands a transfer of a date and time of the time when this transaction has been formed from a timepiece mechanism 12, and receives its data. The electronic camera mechanism 2 photographs the user, based on the photographing instruction command from the main control part 6, and sends its image signal to the main control part 6. The main control part 6 sends out the data and time, and the user's image signal to a photoelectro-magnetic disk 7 together with an account number and the transaction contents by a transaction procssing data which has been received from the center, and stores them. |
