Said sealing arrangement (21) comprises a sealing collar (23) that surrounds the steering column (3) and seals the passageway (15) as well as means for fastening the sealing collar (23) to the partition (7) in the mounted position. The sealing arrangement (21) is characterized in that the fastening means and the sealing collar (23) are formed by separate parts.
