New isoquinoline derivatives of the general formula (I) and their physiologically acceptable salts, which exert pharmacological actions on the central nervous system and the heart circulation system, a process for the preparation of these compounds, medicaments containing them, and their use as neuroleptic, antihypertonic and antiarrhythmic agents, are described.
