摘要 A device for manufacturing rapidly solidified powder alloy including Si precipitates of an active material for a rechargeable Li-battery and a method thereof are provided to preclude a surface of silicon based alloy powder particles which are cooled in a chamber from being oxidized and reduce the number of oxygen molecules in the chamber by blocking air flow, using the chamber which houses a rotary body. A device(10a) for manufacturing rapidly solidified powder alloy including Si precipitates of an active material for a rechargeable Li-battery comprises a high speed spraying module(20), a rotary body, and a chamber(40). The high speed spraying module melts the silicon contained alloy powder and sprays the powder at high speed. The rotary body is relatively rotated with regard to the high speed spraying module to collide the sprayed molten iron at high speed and to quench the molten iron. The chamber prevents air movement from the outside to preclude oxidation of splashed alloy powder particles. The high speed spraying module is a plasma spraying device. A spraying angle(theta) of the molten iron is 0 to 40°. The spraying speed of the molten iron is more than 150m/s.
