In performing the fine adjustment of measuring force, when an adjusting screw 11 is allowed to advance and retract, the coil spring 12 is inclined from a vertical state to a left or right direction and force for revolving the arm to a clockwise or counterclockwise direction around the pivot shaft 6 with respect to the arm holder 5 acts.
