ISOQUINOLINE ALKALOID DERIVATIVE HAVING LIPOLYTIC ACTION, AND FOOD PREPARATION, COSMETIC AND ANTIOBESTIC AGENT EACH MADE THEREFROM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isoquinoline alkaloid derivative slight in side effects and having high lipolytic action, and to provide a food preparation, a cosmetic and an antiobestic agent each made therefrom.

SOLUTION: The isoquinoline alkaloid derivative having lipolytic action is a derivative where an isoquinoline alkaloid is bound to either one of caprylic acid, palmitic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid, docosapentaenoic acid, α-lipoic acid, γ-linolenic acid, stearic acid, methylstearic acid, laurylic acid and 14-methylpalmitic acid. This derivative is obtained by adding a lipase for use in transesterification to pulverized lotus fruit followed by heating, or by fermenting fishes and soybeans with bacillus natto, and then making an extraction with vegetable oil. The food preparation or cosmetic comprises the isoquinoline alkaloid derivative, chrysanthemum flower extract-containing vegetable oil and pine needle extract-containing vegetable oil. The antiobestic agent comprises the isoquinoline alkaloid derivative.
