PURPOSE:To prevent drop of oil adhered to the lower end of a filter and to prevent contamination of a cooking tool, a floor and the like, by a method wherein holes are formed in an oil pan in a hood, and an oil reservoir is formed in a portion positioned below the holes. CONSTITUTION:A projection 10a, provided on an oil pan plate 10 in a hood 1, is projected upward to support the lower end of a filter 11, and an oil reservoir 13 is formed in the groove part of a wall surface frame 2c positioned below plural slit holes 10b bored in the oil pan plate 10 between the projection 10a and the hood 1. Since the lower end of the filter 11 is supported to the projection 10a of the oil pan plate 10, a contact area therebetween is small. Thus, oil 12 flowing down along the filter 11 is reserved in the oil reservoir 10 once. The oil 12 gathering in the oil pan plate is dropped downward through the slit holes 10b and is stowed in the oil reservoir 13. Thus, since an amount of the oil 12 adhered to the lower end of the filter 11 is low, when the filter 11 is removed, there is no drop of the oil 12. |
