PURPOSE:To operate a compressor with high efficiency by arranging the compressors in series and introducing the discharged air of the compressor on the upstream side, bypassing the compressor on the downstream side. CONSTITUTION:When a throttle valve 30 is opened from the engine low speed revolution region, exhaust passes through the first and second turbines 2a and 6a, since a control valve 5 is in perfectly closed state and a variable nozzle 6 is in perfectly opened state. Intake air is introduced into an engine through the first compressor 2b from an intake passage 22b through a check valve 24. During acceleration, the control valve 5 is gradually opened, and the variable nozzle 7 is gradually closed, and when the discharge pressure of the second compressor 6b increases to the discharge pressure of the first compressor 2b, an intake passage 22a is opened, and the discharged air of the second compressor 6b is introduced into an engine. When the control valve 5 is perfectly opened, the variable nozzle 7 is opened again, and the revolution of the second turbine 6a is increased. |
