EXAMPLE:7beta-[2-(5-Amino-1, 2, 4-thiadiazol-3-yl)-(Z)-2-methoxyiminoacetamido]-3-[(2S)-hydroxymethyl- (1S)- methylpyrrolidinio]methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylate. USE:Antibacterial agent. PREPARATION:The compound of formula II (X is halogen) or its derivative wherein the amino group and/or carboxyl group are protected with protecting group, or its salt is made to react with the compound of formula III or its salt and, if necessary, the protecting group is removed from the product.</p> |
