The strip used (1) cannot be clamped and a stirrup (2) has one arm formed as a hook (3). The free side of which (4) is attached to the one end of the strip, whilst its other side is attached to a position diametrically opposed to the strip end. The stirrup hooked arm is passed through a loop (5) in the other end of the strip in which it can slide. The ring formed by the strip is deformable through the looped end of the strip and is made to slide along the stirrup arm. |
