<p>PURPOSE:To hold the shape of a decorative member at the time of vacuum molding, by a method wherein a luglike edge is born by a protruded stripe under a state wherein an outside edge of the luglike edge of the decorative member and the outside edge of the protruded stripe provided on a mold surface of a molding tool are made to about coincide with each other at the time of molding. CONSTITUTION:After a thermoplastic sheet 24 has been heated and softened, vacuum molding has been applied to the same and stuck to the back of a decorative member 22 and a molding surface, in a state wherein the decorative member 22 is mounted on the mold surface of a vacuum mold 26. By this vacuum molding, the decorative member 22 and the thermoplastic sheet 24 are made into one body by a method wherein they adhere closely to each other or they are stuck to each other through an adhesive agent applied to a joining part. Although the decorative member 22 is compressed from the back side by the thermoplastic sheet 24 at the time of the vacuum molding, it does not occur that a deformation which becomes a distortion is generated on the decorative member 22 owing to a matter that the decorative member 22 is supported by coming the surface of the decorative member 22 into contact with the mold surface and a luglike edge 30 is supported by a protruded stripe 28 under a state wherein the outside edge 30a of the luglike edge 30 and the outside edge 28a of the protruded stripe 28 are made to about coincide with each other.</p> |
