PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in characteristic entirely by eliminating old information in a minor loop at the inside of a reflected part of a hairpin conductor pattern. CONSTITUTION:The hairpin conductor pattern 12 is provided between a soft magnetic thin film pattern 13 of a major line 10 and a soft magnetic thin film pattern 14 of the minor loop 11 for information storage, a space 12a at the inside of the folded point of the conductor pattern 12 is formed largely and a part 14a of the bubble transfer part of the soft magnetic thin film pattern 14 of the minor loop is placed at the space. Since the bubbles of the old information are lost by a repulsion magnetic field produced at application of current from the conductor pattern, stretched malfunction of old information bubbles is prevented and the entire characteristic deterioration is not caused.
