<p>PURPOSE:To enable to easily and exactly position a mask by forming a positioning mark on a substrate at a same time when a blue colored filter pattern is formed at the first colored part on the substrate, thereby enabling to clearly find the positioning mark in a yellow room. CONSTITUTION:The blue colored photocurable coloring film forming agent 2 is coated on the transparent substrate such as a glass, and then, the obtd, substrate is exposed through a photomask 3 followed by developing. Thus, the positioning mark 5 composed of the same film forming agent to that of the blue colored filter pattern 4, is formed on the prescribed substrate. And then, the red colored photocurable coloring film forming agent 6 is coated on the substrate, and then dried followed by pattern-exposing it through the photomask 7. Then, the positioning mark of the photomask 7 is positioned together with the positioning mark 5, and then, the photomasks are developed, thereby forming the red colored filter pattern 8. Similarly, the green colored filter pattern 11 is formed, thereby finishing a three colored color filter composed of the blue color 4, the red color 8 and the green color 11.</p> |
