摘要

PURPOSE:To adjust finely and correct continuously the quantity of a shift in image formation on a recording medium due to working errors and assembly errors of a light source and various lens systems by rotating a condenser lens in a subscanning direction. CONSTITUTION:A photoscanner having an image forming lens system which makes a laser beam which is oscillated by the light source incident on a deflector as linear convergent light is equipped with a rotating means which rotate a plano-convex cylindrical lens or other condenser lenses constituting the image forming lens system 2 in the subscanning direction. Then, the center of rotation of the lens 21 is set at a specific position shifted from the position of the incidence surface peak point of the lens 21 toward a projection surface 21A so as to suppress the fine quantity of displacement between the incidence surface peak point D and the optical axis C in the subscanning direction which is caused during the rotation of the lens 21.
