摘要 PURPOSE:To smoothly transfer an act system to a standby system by preferentially transmitting a switching control signal to a channel that is not in faulty through a time division exchanging switch for a master station and a slave station. CONSTITUTION:Two lines of control paths are entered to a remote station 3 through a digital circuit, and through a multiplexing/multiplexing separation circuit 3d at the controller of the act system, they are connected to a time division switch 3b, and a control path connection control for an own system and for an other system is performed with a priority order decided in advance at a control part 3a. The control path for the own system is connected to a master station interface 3j and also, the control path for the other system is connected to the controller of the other system through a multiplexing multiplexing separation circuit 3e and a selector 3k and is connected to the master station interface circuit 3j through the selector 3k, the multiplexing/multiplexing separation circuit 3d, the time division switch 3d and the multiplexing/multiplexing separation circuit 3e at the stanby system, and is connected to the control part 3a at the stanby system. When a fault is detected at a transmission line fault supervisory circuit, the control path is transferred to a normal transmission line according to the priority order decided in advance at an act system control part.
