PURPOSE:To make tape tucking performable automatically, by letting an elastic rubber plate follow in a bulb form, pushing it to a tape intermittently, and thereby tucking the tape in an upper surface of a television panel uniformly with the restoring force. CONSTITUTION:A support plate 6 is moved to some extent, and a bulb following roller 7 is being applied to the side of a bulb 1 for some time. In this state, if a motor 10 is rotated, a tape 3 is pressed by a rubber plate 8 in rotation and tucked in an upper surface of a television panel 5 with the restoring force. Then, a holder 2 is rotated, and tucking-in of the tape 3 takes place in order. In this case, according to rotation of the holder 2, namely, rotation of the bulb 1, a bulb following roller 7 follows in the form of the bulb 1, whereby the rubber plate 8 is always situated in a position corresponding to the tuck part of the tape 3. Thus, tape tucking-in is automatically performable and, what is more, productivity and tucking-in quality are improved.
