The invention relates to mechanization of agricultural production. After directed shaking-up parts of a heap of tuberous roots are brought into wave-like jumping movement with simultaneous application of cleaning force by passing through an activated wavy vibration surface. At that under the shaker, opposite to output end thereof, additional frame is located at a slope. The end of the frame is hingedly installed on the main frame, on which the wavy vibration surface is formed, which contains installed on hinges two-arm levers, on which ends driving cleaning brushes are installed. The two-arm levers are rigidly fastened on brackets, which by the hinges and guide are connected to a mechanism of vibration action. The additional frame is connected to the main frame by a compression spring, and the driving cleaning brushes rotate in one direction - toward the output end of the wavy vibration surface. The invention allows increasing quality of the tuberous root heap separation by 25...30 %. |
