PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a terminal remote operation system that makes it possible to implement remote operation from a controller terminal to a target terminal by applying only a function mounted in a standard manner on the target terminal.SOLUTION: There is a system in which one controller terminal remotely operates a plurality of target terminals through radio communication. The controller terminal 1 comprises: a keyboard 3 to which various types of operation contents for a target terminal 2 is input or an operation content recording unit 10 in which various types of operation contents are recorded; an operation content execution unit 12 for executing, for each target terminal 2, an operation content input to the keyboard or an operation content recorded in the operation content recording unit 10; and a HID apparatus simulation unit 13 for performing simulation so as to be recognized as a HID apparatus by each target terminal 2.
