PURPOSE:To produce a battery with which a starter magnetic switch and a space for wiring the switch can be easily secured and attachment of the starter magnetic switch is facilitated by fixing the starter magnetic switch to the recessed area of a battery casing. CONSTITUTION:An arm 23 is sucked downward by the excitation of a solenoid 22 to close contacts 24 and 25. As the result, a cell motor is electrically connected to a battery 1 thereby starting the engine. As a starter magnetic switch 2 is fitted in the recessed area 4 of a battery casing, it is not necessary to secure a space for the starter magnetic switch 2 in addition to a space for the battery 11. As the battery 1 includes the switch 2, preventing the vibration of the battery 1 results in preventing the vibration of the switch 2. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the number of parts for preventing vibration. |
