PURPOSE:To match time with the standard time even after correction while excluding complicated manual correction by combining a counter circuit comprising electronic components, a decoding circuit and a gate circuit or the like to correct automatically the summer and winter time. CONSTITUTION:A matcher circuit [MAT(a)] 5 sets month, day, hour minute, second charging the winter timer into the summer time in a year in advance and when the month, day, hour, minute, second passing through the decoder circuit 4 are coincident with the setting, a signal opening a gate circuit [GATE (a)] 7 is sent. Through the operation above, a gate circuit [GATE(c)] 8 is opened to send a reset pulse to an input terminal (R) of the counter circuit 2, the time so far is reset, the month, day, hour, minute, second set in advance in a timer circuit (TIM) 10 are sent to an input terminal (S1) of the counter circuit 2 to correct the winter time to the summer time automatically. |
