<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a malfunction on the output side due to noises entering the input side positively, and to improve the CMR (a common-mode signal rejection ratio) of a photo-coupler by interposing a conductive film consisting of a light-transmitting material between a light-emitting element and a light- receiving element. CONSTITUTION:A conductive film 14 for electrostatic shielding having light- transmitting properties is covered so as to cross an optical path 15 for a light- transmitting layer 17, and the conductive film 14 is connected electrically to an emitter electrode 24 for a phototransistor 13 and shielded. When manufacturing a photo-coupler 11, a light-emitting diode 12 and the phototransistor 13 are docked with a transparent silicon resin, and the conductive film 14 is inserted into the transparent silicon resin before the transparent silicon resin cures and brought into contact with the emitter electrode 24. The transparent silicon resin is cured, and the outside of the transparent silicon resin is molded with a black epoxy resin.</p> |
