PURPOSE:To make it possible to conduct alternate heat-cooking of high-frequency heating and oven heating capable of performing efficient heat-cooking by applying twice or more of insulating material coating treatments onto the inner wall surface of a heating chamber. CONSTITUTION:The heating unit is provided with planar heaters 9a and 9b which raise the temperature of the atmosphere within a heating chamber 2 and a high-frequency wave generator 3 for generating a high-frequency wave, and a projection 13 for holding a square oven pan 12 is provided on the side wall surface of the heating chamber 2. Also, on the inner side wall surface of the heating chamber 2 is coated with a primary enamel film 14, and is then coated with a secondary enamel film 15. By carrying out the insulation coating treatments twice or more, a pin hole 15 formed at the time of the primary coating treatment is blocked by the secondary coating treatment and so on so that the heating side wall projection 13 is not exposed through the pin hole. Therefore, the square oven pan 12 can be used at the time of high-frequency heating so that by the alternate heat cooking of high-frequency heating and oven heating, efficient heat-cooking can be carried out.
