摘要 PURPOSE:To aim at improvement in availability factor as well as to make a feeder structure simplifiable, by transferring a thin plate onto a thin plate conveying rail from upside, and constituting the thin plate to be standby in and around the conveying rail during conveyance of the transferred thin plate. CONSTITUTION:A thin plate 37 is pushed upward by a support plate 80 of a lifter device 32, and a position detector 86 stops at a position where it detects a topmost part of the thin plate. A suction nozzle 65 attracts, by suction, only one sheet of the uppermost thin plate, a step motor 52 drives, performing its rotational motion as far as 180 deg. centering on driving shafts 48 and 49 as keeping arm parts 46 and 47 parallel intact, thus the thin plate is transferred to an imaginary line position. This transferred thin plate is loaded on a conveying rail 34 and simultaneously its suction is released, returning to the original position again, and repetitive operations are carried out. In this connection, until the thin plate on the conveying rail reaches to the specified position, the next thin plate moves to the vicinity of the conveying rail 34 and is able to be standby thereat so that an availability factor in the device is made improvable.
