PURPOSE:To enable a system to be instantly suspended by configurating a device in such a way that two each of private wirings are provided between each of peripheral devices and an input-output controlling device, and in case that an emergency signal is outputted from some of the peripheral devices, a suspension signal is applied to each of the peripheral devices simultaneously through one party of the private lines. CONSTITUTION:An input-output controlling device 6 including a CPU20 is connected with each of peripheral devices (fueling devices 1 and 2, a POS terminal 3, a card reader 4, and a speech synthetic device 5) by bus-lines 28 through 32, besides, each of the said devices is connected each other with two each of private lines 33a through 37a, and 33b through 37b. And an emergency signal inputted from each of peripheral devices 1 through 5 is applied to the input- output controlling device 6 through the private lines 33b through 37b, and is also applied to the CPU20 through an OR-gate 38 as an interruption signal. Also a suspension signal outputted from the CPU20 is applied to each of the peripheral devices 1 through 5 simultaneously through the private lines 33a through 37a enabling the operation of each of the peripheral devices 1 through 5 to be immediately suspended.
