<p>PURPOSE:To obtain high purity secondary metal, by treating scrap of aluminum packaging material by dry distillation stage for thermal decomposition, billet making stage, melting stage and the refining stage. CONSTITUTION:Scrap of composite piled aluminum foil packaging material as raw material is subjected to a process of thermal decomposition distillation for recovering aluminum foil and carbide by converting the material to oil and gas under a low temp. Next, recovered materials are separated to aluminum foil and carbon, these are subjected to billet making process, in which these are cut to decrease the vol., compacted then preheated. Next, the compacts are heated and stirred to powder them finely, exothermic high temp. thermit reaction agent is added thereto to melt aluminum foil in droplet state, and these are subjected to melting process for taking out liquid metal and ash by coagulation of the droplet. Next, liquid metal is fed to heated molten metal, these are killed and held at a fixed temp., oxidation inhibitor is scattered, and refining process for taking out and solidifying the metal is applied to obtain secondary metal.</p> |
