APPARATUS FOR CONCENTRATING AND SEPARATING DISSOLVED SUBSTANCE

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus capable of concentrating and separating a corrosive solution, by closing the opening part of a separation container comprising a porous material by an inner lid and making it possible not only to supply a liquid to be treated to said container but also to heat the inner surface of the container. CONSTITUTION:A container 1 comprises a room temp. corrosion resistant material and is constituted so as to store a filtrate in the lower part thereof. The separation unit 4 in the container 1 consists of a porous separation container 7 closable by an inner lid 9, a supply pipe 11 for a liquid to be treated and a heater 10 for heating the inner surface of the container 7. At first, the liquid to be treated supplied to the separation container is filtered and a current is subsequently supplied to the heater 10. The filtrate rises by a capillary phenomenon to be exuded and moisture is evaporated from the filtrate under heating to dry and grow the dissolved substance on the inner surface of the container 7. The steam generated by heating is issued to the container 1 through the inner lid 9 to reach a cooler 6 where condensed under cooling.
