PURPOSE:To prevent errors in fitting a film such as instability in a sticking state to an inner wall surface of a mold, a position slip of a film resulting from the instability and a distortion, by performing secondary blow molding by fitting the film in a winding state round a primary molded material. CONSTITUTION:A parison 10 is preheated at the preset blow molding temperature and mounted on a primary molding tool 50. A pressure fluid (air) is blown into a hollow hole 11 of the parison 10, a primary molded material 20 running along an inner wall surface of a molding tool 50 is formed and unloaded through the molded tool 50 after cooling. A thermoplastic film 40 is fitted in a winding state round a predetermined position of a circumferential surface of the primary molded material 20. Then the primary molded material 20 whereon the film 40 has been fitted in the winding state round the same is preheated at the predetermined blow molding temperature and mounted within a secondary molding tool 70. Then secondary blow molding is performed by blowing the pressure fluid into an inner hole 21 of the primary molded material. With this secondary blow, the primary molded material 20 and the film 40 which is on the circumferential surface are expanded and oriented unitarily and molded in a form running along an inner wall surface 73 of the secondary molding tool 70. |
