PURPOSE:To decrease the rate of rejected moldings, by providing a number of injection cylinders movable by means of position adjusting, by adjusting the position of nozzles in correspondence with the position of each spool of the metal mold and by setting and operating independently the injection molding condition by means of injection controlling. CONSTITUTION:Injection timing of each injection cylinder can be freely adjusted in this machine and a weld is not formed at the smaller thickness part where the mechanical strength decreases as the position of a weldine 54 can be shifted. Flowmarks 62 and sink marks, 63 tend to occur in the case of the injection molding machine of a mono-injection unit, but in this machine, these two defects disappear by elevating the dwell of the gate 64 side and decreasing the injection speed of the gate 65 side by controlling SERVO controlling mechanism 41 and so on in the injection controlling means. |
