PURPOSE:To constitute the titled telephone set so that the articulation of a call is not deteriorated, especially, by a caller's voice which is returned from the other party of a call, by providing a voice accumulating means, a voice delaying means, and a voice comparing and suppressing means. CONSTITUTION:When a caller utters a voice to a microphone 3 of a telephone set 1 of the caller, one voice is uttered from a loudspeaker 4 of a telephone set 2 of the other party of a call through a voice comparing and suppressing means 9, passes through a microphone 5 of the other party of the call, and reaches a loudspeaker 5 of the caller. The other voice is stored temporarily at a voice accumulating means 7, delayed and fetched from a voice delaying means 8 and inputted to the voice comparing and suppressing means 9. In this case, when one voice which has reached the loudspeaker 5 of the caller is inputted to the microphone 3 of the caller again and simultaneously inputted to the voice comparing and suppressing means 9, the voice is compared, and in case of coincidence, it is suppressed, and does not reach the telephone set 2 of the other party of the call.
