PURPOSE:To make the exchange of a spacer for adjusting the thickness of a mold easier, by making it possible to move a metal mold pressing spacer to a position between the center of the metal mold and a side waiting position by means of a moving apparatus attached on a fixed frame of a tire vulcanization machine and at the same time by making it possible to move corresponding with the movement of an top force. CONSTITUTION:When a cylinder 7 moves to the expansion/contraction direction, its movement is transmitted to an axis 18 through a piston rod 7a, a connecting metal fitting 22, a pin 21, and a bracket 20, and the axis 18, a bracket 19, a guide part 6 and a metal mold pressing cylinder 1 move to the side position 1-a and the upper position of the center 1-b of the metal mold in centering around the axis 18. As metal mold opening/closing cylinders 5a, 5b move to the expansion/contraction direction, its movement is transmitted to a bolster plate 9, a heat-insulator 10 and a top force 3 through the piston rod/and these parts elevate and descend. At that time, a metal mold pressing spacer 1 elevates and descends by following the movements of these parts. |
