PURPOSE:To provide an Al-plated steel plate having heat resistance and high strength at a high temp., obtained by applying Al- or Al-alloy plating to a steel plate respectively containing a predetermined amount of C, Mn, P, sol. Al, Ti and N. CONSTITUTION:Al- or Al-alloy plating is applied to a steel plate containing 0.01% or less C, 0.6-1.5% Mn, 0.03-0.1% P, 0.08 or less sol. Al, 0.08-0.25% Ti, 0.04% or less N and, if necessary, one or more of 0.3% or less Si and 0.003% or less B and comprising the remainder of substantially Fe to prepare a heat resistant high strength Al-plated steel plate. Al-plating or plating of an Al-alloy containing a small amount of B, Sn or other metals is applied to the steel plate subjected to a plating base plate in said steel components by such a continuous type melt plating apparatus as a Sendzimir method to obtain a heat resistant high strength aluminium plated steel plate. |
