PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array sensor circuit capable of corresponding to mounting of various and plural transducers, and reducing difference in a sensing data acquisition time.SOLUTION: Each transducer 9 is provided with a sensor cell circuit 2 having a signal holding function. The sensor cell circuit 2 having a signal holding function has a connection unit 21 internally connecting with the transducer 9 by two terminals, gives a pulse electrical signal to the transducer in response to a drive signal, detects and holds the response of the transducer to the pulse electrical signal according to the kind of the transducer and the configuration of the connection unit in response to a detection operation selecting signal, or a signal generated from the transducer, and outputs holding results to a sensor output in response to an output changeover signal. Further, a sensor controller 1 for outputting a drive signal, the detection operation selecting signal, and output changeover signal is provided. |
