PURPOSE:To eliminate the movement of an analytical film in the recess of a mount by providing a plastically deformed projection facing inward to the proper point of a mount cover corresponding to the peripheral edge part of the analytical film. CONSTITUTION:The mount 1 formed of plastic has the recess for contg. the analytical film 3 and the recess 4 is made slightly larger in the side of each side than the film 3. The mount cover 2 formed of plastic is joined by an ultrasonic welding means, etc. to the mount 1 to support the analytical film 3 contained in the recess 4 of the mount 1. After the mount cover 2 is joined to the mount 1, a jig 8 having a needle-like member 8a is pressed to the mount cover 2 from the top surface thereof to provide the plastically deformed projection 7 toward the inside at the proper point of the mount cover 2. The required dimensional accuracy between the film 3 and the recess of the mount 1 is thereby relieved and the movement of the film 4 in the recess 4 of the mount 1 is prevented.
