PURPOSE:To increase number of voice information by allowing an exchange to select an idle line from plural lines connected to a voice storage device and informing a telephone number via an input/output bus provided separately thereby reducing call loss. CONSTITUTION:In dialing the telephone number corresponding to the voice information from a memory 3-k desired to be extracted from the telephone set 1, an exchange 2 selects an idle line 7-k from plural lines 7-1-7-n connected to the voice storage device 3 and sends a telephone number via the input/output bus 6 tying a central processor 4 of the exchange 2 and a central processing unit of the device 3. The device 3 analyzes the received telephone number and sends the voice information of the corresponding memory 3-k to the line 7-k.
